Once an order has been placed and payment processed, an email confirmation will be sent to the email address provided. You can also view your order history by clicking on the My Account icon on the home page.

Most orders will be processed in 1-2 business days which allows us to conduct our final quality inspection and pack your order. This may be extended during major Holidays and Promotional events.

When your order is packed and waiting for pickup by the carrier, you will receive an additional email with your order details including tracking and carrier info.
Standard shipping for domestic orders in the US can take up to 4-6 business days during normal non-peak times.
